Return Window
Notification - you must contact us within 14 days of your receiving your item to request a refund
Dispatch - items must be posted back to us within 7 days of return approval
Eligibility and Condition
Unworn Condition - items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging
Custom Orders - Pieces which are custom made or altered to your specific size are final sale and cannot be refunded Readymade one of a kind pieces are eligible for return within the 14 day window
Hygiene Exception - Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged
How to Start a Return
Email us at tittlethebrick@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return
If approved we will send you shipping details and instructions
After packing securely please post using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit
Once we receive the return, we will notify you if the approval or rejection Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method
Original shipping costs are non refundable
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs
